My package is going to the wrong destination, now what?

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days. Contact us and we’ll open a claim.

What is Insured Shipping?

We now offer a new shipping tier called Insured Shipping. All orders shipped with Insured Shipping will be sent via XpressPost. Insured Shipping is now available for a $19.99 fee applied at checkout. What does this mean? If your order does not arrive (i.e., ends up seized or lost), we agree to replace the order in full via a one-time replacement. Orders made using our Standard Shipping tiers may not be replaced if they do not arrive due to an issue in transit (subject to our discretion). If you are concerned that your package may not arrive (i.e., you've had issues in the past receiving your orders), selecting Insured Shipping will ensure that your order will be covered if it is not delivered within the standard delivery timeframe.

No Need your order a little faster? Our Quick Ship option might be the perfect choice for you. For orders under $300, there is a flat fee of $14.99. But if your order is over $300, you can enjoy free shipping! We use Canada Post's XpressPost service for this option, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Yes For those who want extra peace of mind, our Insured Shipping option is the way to go. For a flat rate of $19.99, your order will be insured during transit. This option is perfect for high-value orders or those who want added protection for their package. 🏠 LOCAL SAME & NEXT DAY DELIVERY Fee: $10 on orders ≤ $200 ​FREE on orders over $200 ​Method: Local Courier If you live in the local area and need your order as soon as possible, our Local Same & Next Day Delivery option is the way to go. For orders under $200, there is a flat fee of $10. But if your order is over $200, you can enjoy free delivery! We use a local courier service for this option, which delivers within the same or next day.

We offer local same-day delivery to the following cities: Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Richmond, Langley, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, White Rock, Abbotsford, and Mission. We require that you provide a local phone number - the courier will call to confirm delivery To take advantage of this convenient door-to-door service, please see our delivery schedule below** 7 Days A Week ~ NEW WAVES AVAILABLE 🕘 Morning Wave Orders paid and processing by 9:00 AM will be delivered between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Orders Placed After 9:00 AM Orders paid and processing after 9:00 AM will be added to the active delivery cycle and delivered between 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM. 🕣 Evening Wave (Final Cut-Off) Orders paid and processing by 6:30 PM will be delivered the same evening - no later than 12:00 AM.
