My order is missing something. Now What?

Please do NOT unwrap your items and visually inspect if you are missing anything before your package is opened. We will require a picture of your UNOPENED interior packaging and products, as well as your EXTERIOR package. If you have already opened it, please provide as many detailed photos as you can, and please clearly explain what product is missing. Send all photos and descriptions to [email protected]
